Chapter 9 Exporting Data
You can export data from Tracks. Click Export to download data and choose from any of these formats:
- YAML – This is best for porting data between Tracks installations. Download this file to extract data of all your actions, contexts, projects, tags, and notes.
- CSV – This is best for importing into spreadsheet or data analysis software. Download this file to extract data of all your actions with named contexts and projects or data of all your notes.
- XML – This is best for importing or re-purposing the data. Download this file to extract data of all your actions, contexts, projects, tags, and notes.
