Section 4.1 Adding Actions

Actions are tasks that you want to perform in a certain span of time. Actions serve as your To do list. You add descriptions of your actions, notes, project name, context, and so forth.

From the Tracks Admin site, you can view the Action form on the right side of the Home page.

To add an action, simply follow the steps below.

1. Enter a Description for the specific action.

2. Add some Notes about the action.

3. Specify the Project name in the field provided.

4. Include some Tags in the field provided.

5. Select a Due date to specify when it is expected to finish.

6. Select a date to specify when the action is to be shown in the Show from field.

All tasks that have a future show from date will appear in the Tickler page.

7. Click the Add action button.
