Chapter 8 Managing your Account

The following steps assume you have already signed up and logged in at Morph eXchange.

Once you are logged in to your Morph eXchange account, you can update or view your account details. Click Account. This displays:

If you do not see Account, which is located between Users and Support, then your login does not have Account Admin role. Only users with Account Admin have access to the Account form.

From this page, you can perform the following:

  • Edit your Account – This link allows you to view and make changes to your account. For more information, refer to Section 8.1 Editing Account.
  • Preferred Currency – Click Change to edit your preferred currency. Morph Labs accepts payments in Japanese Yen, Hong Kong Dollar, Australian Dollar, US Dollar, and so forth. For more information, refer to Section 8.3 Changing Preferred Currency.
  • Credits – Click Purchase more credits now to add more credits to your account. These credits are used when upgrading your account. For more information, refer to Section 8.4 Purchasing Morph Credits.
  • Billing Information – Click View billing history to view records of all your transactions and billing details.
  • Cancel Your Account – Click account cancellation form to remove your account from Morph eXchange. This will remove all users and subscriptions associated with the account. For more information, refer to Section 8.6 Canceling your Morph eXchange Account.
