Section 8.6 Canceling your Morph eXchange Account
It’s sad to see you go. If you truly want to cancel your Morph eXchange account, you may do so by performing the steps below. Once you cancel your account all of your files, applications, plans, and documentation are removed from the Morph Labs system and cannot be retrieved.
The following steps assume you have already signed up and logged in at Morph eXchange.
Perform these steps:
1. Click the Account tab. Note that only users with Account Admin role have access to the Account tab. The Account window displays:
2. Click account cancellation form, located under Cancel Your Account. This displays:
3. Enter your Reason for account cancellation in the field provided.
4. Click Cancel Account.
Once you cancel your Morph eXchange account, Morph Labs will discontinue all your subscriptions. You will lose access to your account, your content, details of your account, and Morph credits, as well as your subscription data.
