Chapter 7 Managing Users

Morph eXchange allows you to add users, manage users, and view users who belong to your account.

Typically an account is thought of as an entity assigned to a single user. The term account on the Morph eXchange refers to the space that your applications, project plans, and training systems reside in and use. So although you are a user of your account, you can also add your colleagues as users on your account.

When you add users, you can grant roles that give them additional privileges. The roles that are available are explained in the next section. You may also edit your user accounts, disable them, or delete them.

After you have added a user, you can assign subscriptions to that user. The user can only see and access the specific subscriptions you assign to them. Section 6.3 Assigning Users to a Subscription explains how to do this.

The following steps assume you have already signed up and logged in at Morph eXchange.

Click Users to add new users, view user details such as name and email address, edit information, and delete or disable user accounts.
