Section 7.2 Editing, Deleting, or Disabling User Accounts
You can suspend any user’s access to your account by disabling or deleting that user. You or another privileged user on your account (a user with User Manager or Account Admin role) can disable or delete other users.
The following steps assume you have already signed up and logged in at Morph eXchange. You must have also added users to your subscription.
From the Users List page, follow these steps to delete or disable user accounts:
1. Click Edit on the user account you wish to delete or disable. The window displays:

2. From the Edit screen, you can edit any field and Save your changes, you can Cancel your changes, you can Delete the account, or you can Disable the account.
- Edit one or more fields (Full Name, Email, Username, Password) including assigning more roles or removing roles from the user. Click Save to save the changes. To cancel the changes, click Cancel.
- To delete a user account, click Delete. A confirmation dialog box is displayed. Click OK to proceed. Otherwise, click Cancel.
- To disable a user account, click Disable. This disables the users’ access to the account and to the subscriptions. Later you can enable the account by clicking Enable.
