Section 6.3 Assigning Users to a Subscription
This section discusses how to give your users access to your subscriptions. You grant access to each subscription individually. This allows you to control which users get access to which subscriptions, rather than all of your users having access to all of your subscriptions.
Before granting access to a subscription, you must first add users to your account. If you have not added any users to your account yet, refer to Chapter 7 Managing Users.
The following steps assume you have already signed up and logged in at Morph eXchange.
From the Subscriptions Management page, perform these steps to assign a user to a subscription:
1. Click Settings on the subscription that you are assigning users to. This displays a screen similar to the following:
2. Check the users to grant access to the subscription.
If there are no Assigned Users listed on the Subscriptions Settings page that is because you have not yet added any users to your account. After you add the users to your account, you can assign them to your subscriptions. Please see Chapter 7 Managing Users for instructions on adding users to your account. Then you can return to this procedure and grant those users access to your subscriptions.
3 .Click Save Settings to confirm your changes. Otherwise, click Discard Changes.
