Chapter 12 Previewing Site
The Preview Site menu permits you to instantly view the help pages you have created or updated. This feature allows you to view exactly how the pages will look when they are being accessed by clients or other users.
To view help pages, follow these steps:
1. In the main menu, click Preview Site. The window displays:
2. By default, the window displays the first chapter entry. If you wish to view other pages, select from the list of chapters in the Left Pane.
You may click the drop-down button to display other chapters.
3. Once you have selected a chapter to view, the window displays the chapter in the Right Pane.
4. If you wish to edit the content, click the Edit this page link located in the lower right. The action links you to the Update Help Page. Refer to Chapter 5.2 Editing Help Pages.
5. If you wish to go back to the Pages menu, click the Administer this site link located at the top center area of the page.
6. If you wish to go back to your Morph eXchange account, click the Back to Morph eXchange link located at the top center area of the page.
Restoring Content
Morph helpME automatically saves your content by versions. You can restore the previous content version of your help page. To do so, click Back in time. Then, click make active to display the previous content version of the help page.
If you wish to display the latest content version of the help page, click Forward in time. Then, click make active to publish the latest content version of the help page.
