Chapter 10 Managing Users
The following assumes that you have logged in as an Administrator.
From the Users menu, you can view and manage a list of the users who have access to your Morph helpME site. Although the Morph helpME application does not allow you to add or delete user accounts, you can do so from your Morph eXchange account to expand your content development team quickly and easily. On your Morph helpME subscription, however, you can set the roles for your users. You can assign them as an Admin, an Editor, an Author, or a Viewer.
- Viewer – Once you have configured your site to be privately available, only those with Viewer accounts can view the public user interface of the site.
- Author – This user can only manage the Pages that he/she has created and manage the rest of the menus such as Comments, Files, Resources, Tags, and Files. Also, he/she can only view the list of Users.
- Editor – This user can manage Pages, Comments, Resources, Tags, and Files. He/She, however, is only limited to viewing the list of Users.
- Admin – This user is granted with all the rights to manage Pages, Comments, Resources, Tags, Files ,Users and Settings.

To follow the Managing User steps in the Morph eXchange User Guide, you will first have to click Back to Morph eXchange located on the Morph helpME menu navigation bar.
