Section 8.1 Defining Resources
Follow these steps to define resources:
1. In the menu bar, select Resources. The window displays:
2. Click Create New. This displays:
3. Enter a unique name in the Name field.
4. Enter a Title in the field provided. When showing the resource, the Title serves as the tooltip that users can view.
5. Type the actual filename from the storage directory or image URL (Uniform Resource Locator) in the Filename field.
Before attempting to use a file it must be uploaded which is done from the Files menu. If you have not uploaded the file, refer to Section 9.1 Adding Files.
You can type URLs in this format: http://host/directory/file.
6. Enter Tags in the field provided. The Tags refer to labels or keywords that you add to a resource, help page, and so forth. To learn more about Tags, refer to Chapter 7 Using Tags .
7. Click Create to add the resource. Otherwise, click Cancel.
