Section 4.2 Using the Search and Filter Feature
Morph helpME includes a pre-integrated search and filtering system. All content that you add to your site is immediately available for searching by the end-users. The search system continually indexes your content.
To search for a particular content or topic, enter the desired search term or terms into the search box. Morph helpME returns a list of matching help pages for the search parameters. To return to the full list of help pages, click Help Pages or use your browser back button.
The search system also filters help pages based upon tags. To filter by tags, simply click on the tag of your choice at the bottom of any help page. This shows all related help pages based upon the specified tag.
Morph helpME utilizes the open source Apache Solr search server.
