1. How much does Morph helpME cost?
It depends on the plan that you choose. Basically, if you use the Morph helpME application, you can have a free service but with a limited storage space of 1 GB. But if size matters to you, then you can choose the 10 GB or the 20 GB plans which will cost you 10 credits/month or 20 credits/ month respectively. It is estimated that in Q1 of 2008, there will be an option to private label your help site with a virtual domain name and no advertising.
2. How much space can I use for file storage?
Again it varies on the specific plan that you choose. It ranges from 1 GB – 20 GB storage space.
3. Can I turn off the advertisements?
In the initial release of Morph helpME, the advertisements are used to offset the cost of the infrastructure in providing you with the free service. But you can upgrade your plan so that you can private label your help site and remove the advertisements.
4. Can I limit which ads are displayed on my help site?
Not at this time.
5. What type of video content can I embed in Morph helpME?
Currently, Morph helpME only supports Flash Movies with the extension .flv.
6. Can I change the look and feel of my Morph helpME application?
Yes, you have several options on the look and feel. Using the Configurations menu in the administrator control panel, you can upload your own logo to replace the Morphlabs logo. In addition, you can select from one of our pre-defined themes for your site. For the more experienced user, there is also the option to modify the Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) to create your very own theme. Refer to Appendix A Customizing Cascading Style Sheets.
7. Can I have a virtual domain name point to my Morph helpME application?
This feature is planned to be available in Q1 of 2008 with the paid subscription levels.
